LEED/Green Initiative
Builders Inc. has taken the “Green Initiative” to create projects that are environmentally and socially responsible by promoting environmental consciousness through sustainable site development, energy efficiency, water savings and the use of environmentally friendly building materials.
Many of our staff members are certified through Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), which provides them with the knowledge that ensures their work is environmentally conscious and sustainable. Builders Inc. performs all commissioning required to obtain LEED Certifications and has built various LEED certified facilities, minimizing the environmental impact of our projects and leaving you with a solid and sustainable finished product.
SAFETY
All of our estimators, project managers, superintendents, and field personnel are OSHA-30, first aid, CPR, and AED trained. Builders Inc. makes safety their #1 priority on every project. The safety training and procedures that our project managers, superintendents, and field personnel implement are quite extensive. Our field personnel attend daily toolbox talks for every project as well as conduct weekly safety meetings with our entire construction team including subcontractors. Builders Incorporated performs spontaneous internal safety checks throughout each project. We also employ a safety consultant who reports all safety documentation.
